Our Manufacturing Facilities

Solid Dosage Production

At Doctor's Chemical Works Ltd., the solid dosage line is built around consistent particle flow and controlled compression. Raw materials move through vibro sifting, high-shear granulation, fluid-bed drying, milling, and bin blending before reaching tablet presses or capsule fillers, with in-line checks to keep weight and content uniformity on target.

Solid dosage manufacturing with tablets and capsules

Film coating, dedusting, and metal detection add additional safeguards prior to blister, strip, or bottle packing. Each batch is verified for hardness, friability, disintegration, and dissolution to ensure Doctor's Chemical Works delivers reliable performance from the first dose to the last.

Liquid Production

Doctor's Chemical Works runs liquid manufacturing on a closed, hygienic system anchored by purified water generation, stainless steel mixing tanks, and temperature-controlled processing. High-shear mixers and homogenizers help achieve uniform dispersions and smooth mouthfeel for syrups, suspensions, and oral solutions.

Laboratory preparation for liquid formulations

Inline filtration, deaeration, and validated CIP cycles keep the transfer paths clean before volumetric filling, capping, and labeling. Batches are released only after checks for clarity, pH, viscosity, and potency, protecting stability through shelf life.

Creams & Ointments

Cream and ointment manufacturing at Doctor's Chemical Works centers on texture, spread, and stability. Jacketed mixing vessels, vacuum emulsifiers, and homogenizers control heat and shear so active ingredients disperse evenly and the base remains smooth and consistent.

Topical formulation manufacturing and filling

Colloid mills or ointment mills refine particle size before tube or jar filling and sealing. Each batch is verified for appearance, viscosity, and content uniformity, and packaging is selected to preserve stability across Bangladesh's climate conditions.
